Another passion of Neil’s is uncovering areas of innovation in the design process. He works collaboratively with clients, communities and stakeholders to tease out unique solutions to age-old challenges. His tenacity in design management and experience in the delivery of large and technically complex projects is renowned; and his ability to lead, elicit and combine the contributions of a multi-disciplinary design team enviable.
