Julian strives to create supportive, safe spaces for teaching and learning. He encourages his team in the pursuit of new skills and personal achievements. The desire to use his profession to support others is also seen in his commitment to high quality healthcare services in regional, outer urban and urban areas. Many of his projects are known for their iconic facades in accordance with the significance of the buildings’ purposes. Julian enjoys the challenge of technically complex spaces, such as those for labs and research, large-scale hospitals and healthcare facilities. He has been celebrated nationally and intentionally by his peers for innovative, aspirational and highly functional design solutions.
