Working collectively through COVID and beyond
When COVID 19 hit, we were one of the few architectural practices in Australia able to transition overnight to a full working from home model.
We'd built resilience into our practice by implementing a completely networked computer and virtual collaboration environment. This gave us an edge.
Our fully remote teams continued to deliver for projects across Australia and internationally. This ensured we continued to have the best people and expertise for projects irrespective of location.
As COVID restrictions lifted at the beginning of July, we implemented a hybrid working model. This continued to evolve as we learned the best methods of communicating with a divergent workforce.
Our aim is to continually support our people, enabling those who wish to continue working from their homes. Then and now, we focused on their wellbeing, with weekly check-ins, as well as support for those returning to the studios.
This offered us a unique opportunity to actively explore the benefits of choice, where people work with balance, focusing on their holistic wellbeing.
We're committed to excellence in shaping the future of workplace modelling. Our own, and our clients.
