Tim’s approach to architecture emphasises people.

Tim is driven in architecture to actively enhance the experience of all involved. This extends from end users to collaborators within the project team. He is a natural mentor, open to supporting & developing his colleagues in this way, both formally and informally. During the early stages of a project, Tim can visualise design solutions from simple sketches and anticipate strengths & weaknesses. His technical understanding and construction knowledge are equally apparent during the later project stages. Tim is a clear communicator, and his diligence and composure characterise his leadership and ability to promote a unified project environment.
